Camino al Sol is built on trust, care, and responsibility. We understand that choosing to attend a retreat is a meaningful decision, and we want our refund and cancellation terms to be clear and transparent before you book.
The Camino al Sol Money-Back Guarantee
If you attend a retreat and feel that we did not provide the level of care, safety, respect, or integrity we promised, we will make it right — including a full refund when appropriate.
No arguments. No pressure. No hidden conditions.
This guarantee is our way of standing fully behind the quality of our retreat container, facilities, support, and care.
IMPORTANT This guarantee relates to the quality of the retreat environment and our conduct as facilitators. We do not guarantee specific visions, healing outcomes, emotional breakthroughs, medical improvements, or spiritual experiences.
What the Guarantee Covers
We stand behind:
- The quality of care and attention from the Camino al Sol team.
- Respectful, supportive, and compassionate treatment of all guests.
- The cleanliness, safety, and suitability of our facilities.
- The integrity and safety of the ceremonial container.
- Clear and honest communication throughout your experience.
- Any situation where the retreat experience did not reasonably match what was promised in our materials.
What the Guarantee Does Not Cover
To remain sustainable and fair to all participants, the guarantee and refund policy do not cover the following:
- Personal Outcomes: We do not guarantee specific visions, healing results, medical improvements, or spiritual/psychological breakthroughs. These processes are individual and dependent on your own journey and responsibility.
- Third-Party Costs: We do not refund travel costs such as flights, hotels, travel insurance, visas, taxis, or other personal expenses.
- Early Departure: We do not provide refunds if a guest chooses to leave the retreat early for reasons unrelated to our care, safety, facilities, or conduct.
- Safety Violations: No refund will be provided if a guest is asked to leave for violating safety rules, ignoring facilitator guidance, withholding critical medical information, or behaving in a way that endangers themselves or others.
- Transaction Fees: Payment processing or bank transfer fees may be non-refundable if they are not returned to us by the payment provider.
Cancellations Before the Retreat
If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. When possible, we prefer to help guests transfer to a future retreat date rather than lose their place entirely.
Medical Screening & Eligibility
Your safety is our priority. Some guests may not be approved for participation after our medical review process. This is done purely for safety reasons and is never a judgment of the individual.
If we determine that participation is not appropriate for medical or safety reasons, you will be offered a refund or a transfer to a future date.
If Camino al Sol Cancels or Reschedules
If we are forced to cancel a retreat, you may choose between a full refund or a transfer to another available retreat date.
If a retreat must be rescheduled due to weather, safety concerns, facilitator illness, force majeure, or other serious circumstances, we will communicate with you as early as possible and work in good faith to find a solution that respects your time and investment.
Please note: We are not responsible for third-party travel costs associated with cancelled or rescheduled retreats.
How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

- Details: Include your full name, retreat dates, booking email, and the reason for your request.
- Review: Our team will review your request and respond as quickly as possible.
- Processing: Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method where possible.
Refunds are processed within 10–15 business days.
